Edward first met Gary in 2010 and they agreed to try working together. Gary is a Quantity Surveyor by trade and had previous experience in obtaining planning permissions. Edward had the interest and ability to draw existing & proposed plans. 10 years on and nearly 100 approved permissions we feel like we have got the hang of it!
